  Large store with a wide selection of inexpensive party decorations. The 5 star rating is for a very deep selection for nearly any occasion. The only time I've seen this location run low was for costumes the last week before Halloween. Apart from that expected selection they will almost always have what you are looking for. Nearly everything here is inexpensive. Don't look for high priced permanent decor. Everything here is a use once premise.

  I have bought many a Halloween costumes here and party supplies but this year was very disappointing they had a lot of costumes missing from their catalog that can only be bought online. I like shopping online but not for a Halloween costume for a 5 year old. The reason I drove to Beach Boulevard during rush hour what is to be able to try on the costume on my five-year-old make sure it was comfortable and fit and would be good for school in trick-or-treating but instead I have to order it online and hope for the best not thrilled with the party city.
