Kept trying to call to see if it was ready...phones kept going to voice mail. Finally got a ride down there 5 hours ...the car was still not done. Said they got busy. Took people from my car so now it's been 6 hours. POOR POOR MANAGEMENT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!
