  The worst customer service I have ever had in my entire life! Johnny, the Asian guy, was rude, disrespectful, kept interrupting making inappropriate comments and laughing in my face. The manager Brad had twisted all my words and accused me of breaking my own charger. They were both useless and completely unhelpful by not offering me any helpful solutions to my situation nor verbalizing or expressing any understanding or expressing any sympathy to my situation. I came for help, but all they did with their attitudes was make me even more upset and aggravated, making the situation that much worse. Even if wanted to buy anything I would not be buying it at that store for sure! Somebody needs to teach them a little customer service and how to deal with upset people prior to hiring them for a sales job!
