  Called twice been left on Hold for 15 min each time in pharmacy call hell voicemail. What kind of pharmacy left a patient on call for that long? I used to manage a pharmacy so I know how tough it is ..But this is ridiculous. This is not the first terrible experience with this pharmacy..my elderly mother too ..They tried to take advantage of her since she wasn't sure about insurance coverage. That's just unethical. Then, they send out a technician to tell me about my medication. Don' t send a technician do a pharmacist's job. This is the last time. I m calling the pharmacy across the street and transfer our family's prescriptions. Pharmaceutical care is low or non-existent in this location.

  Went Hepatitis A & B shots first round went good on the 2nd round they refused me treatment multiple times. This is a nightmare stay away from this bait & switch game place. Not happy at all with this service.
